1. Selling clients’ property

LME works closely with real estate agents as per the Law Society of NSW Residential Conveyancing Protocol, to provide all the legal services vendors need to sell a property, for highly competitive fees, below.

All you need to do is provide

  • Your details
  • Details of the property being sold
  • Payment details

LME will

  • provide draft a contract for the sale of land which you can give to potential purchasers
  • undertake all the legal work needed for exchange and settlement

Legal fees

LME can usually undertake all the legal work necessary to sell a client’s property for $2,574 plus disbursements, which includes:

  • Drafting and reviewing the sale of land contract
  • Liasing with you, the agent
  • Obtaining all of the relevant documents such as certificates, plans etc.
  • Advising you, the vendor
  • Liasing with the buyer’s solicitor
  • Providing answers to requisitions
  • Liaising with the mortgagor
  • Exchange
  • Settlement

LME requires a deposit of $2,574. Any amount not used for fees or disbursements will be refunded.
