The right recovery option depends on the assets and income of the person or company that owes you money or goods. Please note, there is no guarantee that money will be recovered from the debtor. For example, it may not be possible to locate the debtor, or the debtor may claim bankruptcy or insolvency.
Tax deduction for legal expenses of recovering income
